Positive 2-10 Home Warranty Reviews
It will be 15 years that I’ve had coverage from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. I chose them since it seemed the best one at the time. Submitting a claim is fairly easy. Just call it in, get the number and get somebody out to take care of the job. Dealings with their representatives and the service contractors were very good and direct to the point. It’s been very good and very professional. – William, Consumer Affairs 2/20/2016
I have been with 2-10 for approximately seven years & I have experienced no issues. I need a repair, I call, receive a call to schedule, pay & that is it. I hope to continue the wonderful service thru the years. – Kenya J., BBB 8/9/2015
Negative 2-10 Home Warranty Reviews
I’ve been with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty for a few years now and the service person that they sent out for my recent claim was the first one that was competent and knew what they were doing. Dealing with 2-10 is kind of a double-edged sword because most of the time they send somebody that knows nothing. I have to get the service person back two or three times or have a different service person brought in. It’s been an extremely frustrating process to work with 2-10… – Carolyn, Consumer Affairs 1/6/2016
Stay away from this company! Twice over two years they denied fair reimbursement, bad customer service and a substandard bevy of local contractors they force you to use to get reimbursed for repairs! Thumbs down. – Kim K., BBB 9/10/2015

Why Read The Fine Print?
Home warranty companies, in general, are notorious for being seriously knit picky about the specifics. What exactly do they cover, how much do they cover, etc.? Although your warranty may cover plumbing, microwave, electrical and more, there are often limits within each item covered. Be sure to read ALL the fine print with any home warranty before purchasing — and make sure you keep your contract handy when something breaks, so you can refer to the specifics before making that $75 or $100 service call.
