I’ve been with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty for a few years now and the service person that they sent out for my recent claim was the first one that was competent and knew what they were doing. Dealing with 2-10 is kind of a double-edged sword because most of the time they send somebody that knows nothing. I have to get the service person back two or three times or have a different service person brought in. Home warranty companies, in general, are notorious for being seriously knit picky about the specifics. What exactly do they cover, how much do they cover, etc.? Although your warranty may cover plumbing, microwave, electrical and more, there are often limits within each item covered.
