Did you lose your keys again? It happens to the best of us. Thankfully, smart technology brought us the key and wallet finder to rescue you when you misplace your valuable items. You can even use it to track your luggage while traveling. These small devices can go a long way to ease your hectic life.
Best Key Finder For Tracking Keys
We chose our key finders based on several factors, including device and app performance, “find” features, durability, reliability, and price.
Winner: Tile Pro Review
Tile products currently dominate this industry for the simple reason that they’re well made and reliable, with superior software. The Tile Pro features the farthest range of any tracker and a loud alarm to help you find your keys or phone.
Added features allow you to keep your Tile app running in your smartphone’s background, and it will remember the last place and time you had your item, which you can track on a map.
You can also activate “Community Find” to connect to everyone using the app within the range of your lost item, and users can update its location for you.

Runner-Up: Tile Mate Review
Tile Mate is the world’s bestselling Bluetooth key tracker at roughly $10 less than its upgraded counterpart. How do Tile Mate vs Tile Pro vs Tile Slim compare? First, Tile Mate and Tile Slim are identical internally; they only vary in size and thickness.
Second, Tile Mate’s features differ from Tile Pro in a few key areas: shorter range, quieter alarm level, smaller size, and lower price. Otherwise, the features and app software is the same. Because of its slender build, Tile Slim is the best wallet and key finder.
Note: Tile guarantees your non-replaceable battery life at one year, but they give you significant discounts on replacements.

3rd Place: Chipolo ONE And Card Review
Chipolo offers a fairly reliable Bluetooth key tracker. The best benefit of Chipolo ONE? Unlike Tile products, this key finder has a replaceable battery. While TrackR key finders (see review below) also have replaceable batteries, Chipolo’s are MUCH easier to replace. A new battery will run you less than $4 at time of writing.
Like Tile, Chipolo’s features include two-way finding, a map-locator, and a community “lost-and-found.” However, we should note that the community-finder isn’t as helpful for Chipolo because there are far fewer users than Tile.

Honorable Mention: TrackR Reviews
The key finders from TrackR didn’t make our top 3 this year, but they’re popular options you may want to consider depending on your unique needs.
TrackR Bravo Review
TrackR Bravo is one of two TrackR models that are both popular key finders. How do TrackR Bravo and the less expensive model, Pixel stack up against Tile products? Not nearly as well for a reliable connection, range, and app performance, say many users.
TrackR Bravo appears to outdo Pixel in performance, but Bravo still doesn’t live up to Tile standards. Still, Bravo has some features that you can’t get with Tile. The most noteworthy differences are a replaceable battery and geofencing capability.

TrackR Pixel Review
TrackR’s less expensive model, Pixel, is a decent choice if you’re looking to save a few bucks. How do we rate TrackR Bravo vs Pixel? They both share most of the same features, but there are a few differences.
TrackR Pixel’s range doesn’t perform quite as well, and its case is flimsy when you compare the two. Pixel does have LED lights, whereas those are absent on the Bravo model.

“Alexa, Find My Keys”
As we mentioned in our reviews, both Tile and TrackR key trackers are compatible with Amazon Alexa. Still don’t have Alexa in your smart home? Maybe it’s time to invest in this fun technology. Be sure to check out our Amazon Echo review to see how it compares to similar voice-enabled technology.
