I recently filed a claim with total Protect Gold, From Start to Finish, the entire process took about 3 weeks, I called, received a claim number, received my replacement product, the service men came and installed my Beautiful Wall Over. The only problem I had was, no one called to let you know how well things were going, you had to do all the follow up. However, once you called, they readily had all the information at had [sic], Merchandise, Model Number, estimated delivery and installation. Negative Total Protect Home Warranty Reviews
Had to replace a ceiling fan and Total promised to rebate us $95 if we bought the fan/light and emailed the invoice to them. I receive a confirmation email that they had received this from me and to wait 4-6 weeks for them to handle it. I did and called. They told me they had no records of receiving an email. I told them their system verified that they HAD received it. Their solution was to email it again and wait ANOTHER 4-6 weeks for them to do something. When a serious problem arises you have a hard time getting to upper management. should you make it 2 things will happen 1) line is busy 2) they promise to call back and they don’t.
