How Do Customers Chime In?

The online reviews from Total Wireless customers are across the board. The Transfer Wizard app gets largely positive reviews, which is a plus if you’re concerned about all of your existing phone content moving over. Their customer service, however, has more negative than positive reviews. Here’s a sampling of user reviews we found.

Positive Total Wireless Reviews

We have been with Totalk [sic] Wireless for about a year and a half. We love it and have never had a problem with our phones or service. We switched from straight talk and it saves us 34.00 a month for 2 lines. Tracfone owns both straight talk and total wireless. We get a card and put it in reserve every time our 30 days is about up and it always goes on our phone on time. You get a text message that says thank you for adding a plan and it tells your service end date. We have great phone service too as all their total wirelse’s [sic] phones use verizon towers .I wold [sic] recommend total wireless. – Mymarine67, 7/15/2017

Worked great! I will never “bluetooth” my contacts & files over to another phone again when I can use an easy app like this that does so much more. – Anonymous, Google Play App Store 12/31/2016

Negative Total Wireless Reviews

I tried to activate my phone four different times. Each time there was no record of the previous information I provided. One customer service rep signed me up for straight talk by mistake even though I called Total Wireless costumer service. They could not port my number. Customer service is terrible. They charged my credit card but had no record of doing that. My credit card company contacted them and they refused to speak with them. – ReallyBad, 8/17/2017

I got all the way. Said transfer was complete. All my messages and calls transfered [sic]. But I still can’t call or text anyone from the phone I transfered to both total wireless phones. – Anonymous, Google Play App Store 3/10/2017
