Positive PureVPN Reviews

High speed servers, good amount of IPs. No connection issues. VPN client software is also very user friendly. Wide range of countries available to choose from. Security is top notch. In matter of few clicks you will get connected to their dedicated server. I’d recommend this service to everyone who likes security and full anonymity. – Jonathan S., Trustpilot 12/27/2016

I work round the clock and often in different time zones. The Support Team was always available and eager to answers as quickly as possible. If a solution is not on their website, they go out of the way to provide solutions from different sources! Though I haven’t tested each individual country on offer, I have tested “most” of them. I was always able to connect rather quickly and after clearing the cache, websites were unable to learn my original location. Also maintain a dedicated IP so that helps me function my online business safely. – timavers135, CNET 5/28/2015

Negative PureVPN Reviews

PureVPN used to be great, but not anymore. Sometimes I’m able to connect and sometimes I’m not. Sometimes it connects me but doesn’t connect me to the country of choice, which is pointless. Basically it’s got a mind of its own. I’ve been having problems for a year now. Hard to find anyone that has a basic grasp of English to help me out. – Gavin L., Trustpilot 9/7/2016

Whilst the software may work on some machines. It does not do so on mine. I have contacted 24 technicians, had two lots of remote access and yet they cannot make it run. I have asked for a full refund so that I can run Strong VPN again, with which I had no problems. They have constantly refused saying that I should try a myriad of things to fix it. – Jonathan H., ResellerRatings 3/12/2016

I’m moving to Brazil for work and wondered if Pure VPN will work there. I have it now but should I keep it and will it work there?
Sadie Cornelius (Admin)
Mariana, yes PureVPN added a server in Brazil in late 2012 so you should be able to keep your PureVPN service when you move!
Do these things slow you down (if so by how much) or otherwise adversely affect your internet experience?
Michelle Schenker (Admin)
Yes, a VPN often does slow down your internet speed a little since it is rerouting your traffic through a remote server to keep your connection safe. But, PureVPN has an excellent reputation for this slowdown being quite minimal.
I have used PureVPN and it works really great.
