Positive Reviews

I’ve had IPVanish for two years, and I’m very impressed with the fast data up and data down speeds they have. I also like the fact you have the capability to select a particular server and city, and have it automatically selected again, on the next boot-up. Their customer service is number one in my books. – Roger R., Trustpilot 4/1/2019

I just love IPVanish. Lots of security settings in there, you can be all stealthy like a ninja. It’s super fast and yeah, secure. I would recommend to anybody – User, Trustpilot, 8/1/2022

Complaints

Monthly plans of IPVanish are costly. It costs $10 for each month. But the long-term plans are some way cheaper. There should be a flat rate for monthly as well as yearly plans. I want to tell you that 1 month ago I got a payment issue with IPVanish, but their customer support did not respond for 3 days. But later on It was solved. The response time to query should be improved. – User in Computer Software, G2 Crowd 11/26/2018

I purchased IPVanish because I spend 50% of my time in Mexico and wanted to use my Amazon fire tv here. I was told IPVanish would enable me to do that just as I do in the US. Not true, Amazon is still restricted due to geographic location. If I had known I wouldn’t have bought. John, Trustpilot 1/16/2022
