I’ve been using this service for sometime but also questioned Lifelock for alerts on fraud, so I joined both services to see which one is the best. Well, today I got my answer. Yesterday and again today, I received an alert notification from Identity Guard about an inquiry from Chase credit card. After researching with Identity Guard and Chase, we were able to find out someone has my previous marriage name and my SSN and used an address in Wisconsin (I live on the east coast) to attempt to open up an account with Chase/Amazon. I was the victim of identity theft and enrolled in the Identity Guard service on March 2. This plan includes one free three service credit report every 90 days. I expected to get an updated credit report on 1 April as that starts the new quarter. I called and they told me their system works on a process of ever 90 days from when you placed your order and I should expect my next report on 2 June. Well, 2 June came and went and no updated report. I called and they now advised that the updated report is provided in the third billing week of the month you started service after 90 days, so it isn’t every 90 days. False advertising. Whatever other false claims are they providing to their clients? I canceled my service on that phone call. – B.S., BBB 6/3/2016

I signed up for this service a few months ago for me and my wife. However, we only have one login despite the fact that we are paying for the Couples service. I have talked to customer service and billing a few times about this but they cannot seem to get it resolved. I may just have to cancel and start over to get this to work the way it should without even trying! So annoying!! Has anyone else had troubles with this or another ID theft company? I am not sure what to do…

I finally switched to Identity Guard from having LifeLock for several years and so glad I did. Identity Guard is so much better in my opinion, definitely worth the price!
